The National Labor Relations Board moves from 200 W. Adams St. next year. Meanwhile, Interactive Brokers Group, LLC is relocating from 440 S. LaSalle St. to the 116-year-old building at 209 S. LaSalle St., after signing a 24,700-sf lease for a full floor at the Rookery, where occupancy stands at 70% after the flurry of leasing activity. Dan Arends of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler handled negotiations for the broker-dealer. From the north, Tabet DiVito & Rothstein is leaving 180 N. LaSalle St. in favor of 17,600 sf at the Rookery. Peter Block of Cushman & Wakefield represented the law firm. Building owner ING Clarion Realty Services was represented in-house on all deals by vice president Eric Myers.

Tabet DiVito & Rothstein is not the only law firm moving to the 283,000-sf Rookery. Bellows & Bellows PC moves from 79 W. Monroe St. to 7,000 sf, the same size of East Alton, IL-based Simmons Cooper's deal.

Meanwhile, US Bank will open a 1,700-sf branch near the LaSalle Street entrance. Andy Davidson and Jay Beadle of MB Real Estate represented US Bank.
