Weis Markets Opens Up at New Honeygo Center

WHITE MARSH, MD-Weis Markets opens its doors at Honeygo Village Center, the 158,000-sf retail center that is being billed as the gateway to Baltimore County's new Honeygo community. The superstore occupies a 54,000-sf space at the site under a long-term lease.

The opening of Weis at 9400 Scott Way also marks the debut of the Honeygo Village Center, as the grocery store is the first retailer to open at the site, so far; however, several other commitments have been made. "We have five additional buildings and four pad sites that will be opening soon," Greenberg Commercial's David Goldbloom tells GlobeSt.com. Other retailers that are expected to join the tenant roster include Blockbuster, Great Clips, Subway, three restaurants and a 12,000-sf day care center.
