Steve Italiano, SVP of industrial property in the Wayne office of CB Richard Ellis, negotiated for AJ Lehman Trust, the building owner. Italiano says the masonry and steel frame building has an 18-foot clear ceiling in the warehouse area and 4,000 sf of air-conditioned office space along with five tailgate loading docks with load-levelers and a drive-in loading door.
