Other recent smaller industrial sales include two in southwest suburban Alsip for more than $1.7 million. Taylor's Candy, Inc. paid $935,000 for a 25,163-sf building at 4855 W. 115th St. The company was located in nearby Blue Island. Dart Casting, Inc. paid $830,000 for a 37,500-sf building at 12400 S. Lombard Ln., allowing the tool and die company to relocate from west suburban Bensenville.

Dart Casting got a $675,000 mortgage from Fifth Third Bank, according to property records, while Taylor's Candy got a $918,200 mortgage from Wachovia SBA Lending.

Trammell Crow Co.'s Jeff Counsell brokered the sale of the Chicago Heights property. Paine/Wetzel·Oncor International associate Kevin M. Marston represented Overdale Corp., seller of 12400 S. Lombard Ln., as well as Taylor's Candy, Inc. Dan Burns of Burns Commercial represemted Triton Manufacturing, which sold 4855 W. 115th St.
