MK Et Al, a food-processing company, leased 6,900 sf, including 1,800 sf of sub-zero freezer area, at 108 McDade Blvd. The firm is using the space for candy and other food-processing operations. Steve Italiano, SVP of the Wayne office of CB Richard Ellis, negotiated for the owner, Gelt Business Credit LLC. Italiano also participated in the other three negotiations.

Paul Klocke Dance Studio is relocating its offices and studios from Pennell Road in Aston to 4,800 sf in the 60,000-sf office building in the Dutton Mill Business Park, also in Aston. It is a 10-year lease, and Italiano represented the owner, Aston Investment Associates.

Saybolt Inc. extended for five years its 6,800-sf lease of office and research and development space at 780 Primos Ave. in the Folcroft Business Center. Mark II Associates, a private real estate investment partnership, owns the multi-tenant industrial building.

MTO Hose Solutions, a supplier of industrial hoses, inked a three-year lease for 4,000 sf of warehouse space in the 60,000-sf office/industrial property at 20 South Union Ave. in Lansdowne. Italiano represented the owner, Tillman Real Estate Associates.
