When it relocates here in December, CPA will nearly double the space it now occupies in the Pagoda Building in nearby Bala Cynwyd. With this transaction, 101 West Elm, which was developed by Philadelphia-based Keating Partners in 1999, will be 62% leased.
Gene McHale, principal of locally based Beacon Commercial Real Estate, represented the owner, 101 West Elm Street Associates, a private real estate investment partnership. Brad Spiegel, president of Skyline Commercial Real Estate, represented CPA, which is among the 25 largest regional certified public accounting firms.
McHale says available space in the building ranges from office suites of 2,500 sf or more to a full floor of 28,500 sf. Beacon is the exclusive leasing agent.
