Rock Landing Welcomes Law Firm

NEWPORT NEWS, VA-Rock Landing II, a 33,000-sf office property, opens its doors to a new tenant, as Stallings & Associates PLC signs a lease to occupy 1,000 sf at the two-story building. With Stallings' lease, the class A office facility is nearly fully occupied.

Rock Landing II is an 18-year-old glass and brick building that sits on a nearly five-acre parcel in the Oyster Point section of the city at 11838 Rock Landing Dr. Less than 1,000 sf remain available at the property, which is also home to Chase Manhattan. Rock Landing II is the companion building to Rock Landing I, the four-story 63,000-sf structure next door where space also leases for $17 per sf.
