Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. reports the Lisle/Naperville area, which has 14.3 million sf of office space, had a second-quarter vacancy rate of 27.3%, worst among suburban submarkets. Although terms of the deal were not disclosed, net lease rates in the area start at $14.50 per sf.
