Joining as vice president and manager of the transaction analysis group is Steve Waryas, who previously was at Realogic Analytics. Like DeWoskin, Waryas is 34.
Rounding out the team are associates, who will help oversee the company's due diligence and transaction management, are Joseph E. Florczak, Nikki Kuehl, Jared Mayrosh and Brian Murphy. Florczak and Mayrosh join ORIX Real Estate Equities from Lehman Brothers. Murphy was an associate with Barrington-based Fulcrum Asset Advisors, LLC. Kuehl is promoted from within the company, as she was accounting manager.
