Both properties are in communities willing to give the new owner incentive packages, according to Sheldon Good & Co. Auctions LLC, which is handling the sealed bid sale. The deadline for bids is Sept. 21.

The building in McCrory, equidistant between Little Rock and Memphis, is 770,925 sf and is located on 160 acres at 1001 E. Raney. The property in Henderson, 14 miles from Evansville, IN, is 504,442 sf on 16.3 acres at 701 Pennel St.

"They can easily continue on as successful manufacturing and distribution facilities under new ownership," says chairman and chief executive officer Steven L. Good. "New owners of both these properties have immediate access to a highly skilled, educated and motivated workforce, who can ramp up almost on a turnkey basis and continue to make these properties as productive as they once were."
