Fitness Center Takes 15,000 SF at San Souci

CALIFORNIA, MD-San Souci Plaza adds Maximum Health and Fitness to its tenant roster in a recent lease agreement. The exercise center will move into a 15,600-sf space at the 247,000-sf grocery-anchored retail destination, which sits in the well-traveled St. Mary's retail corridor.

Specific terms of the exercise facility's lease with property owner Mount Vernon Village Center have not been disclosed. However, Divaris Real Estate Inc. markets space at San Souci--which is anchored by Shoppers Food Warehouse, JoAnn Fabrics and Fashion Bug--for $12 to $18 per sf. Divaris Real Estate's Divaris Property Management Corp. oversees management of the shopping center.
