Houston-based Sterling University Housing LLC is the seller of 13 of the communities, and two are from separate sellers. Jacksonville, FL-based States Property Co. sold Campus Club, a 276-unit property with 984 beds located in Statesboro, GA. Greenville, SC-based CHP Birmingham LLC sold Collegiate Hall, a 176-unit, 528-bed property in Birmingham, AL.

The 13 Sterling properties are: University Place, a 144-unit, 528-bed facility in Charlottesville, VA; University Trails, with 240 units and 684 beds in Lubbock, TX; University Crescent with 216 units and 660 beds in Baton Rouge, LA; University Pines, with 144 units and 552 beds in Statesboro, GA; University Lodge, with 121 units and 481 beds in Laramie, WY; and University Greens, with 156 units and 516 beds in Norman, OK. Others are University Estates, with 144 units and 552 beds in Muncie, IN; University Mills, with 120 units and 480 beds in Cedar Falls, IA; University Court, with 138 units and 516 beds in East Lansing, MI; University Glades, with 120 units and 432 beds in Gainesville, FL; University Manor, with 168 units and 600 beds in Greenville, NC; University Gables, with 180 units and 648 beds in Murfreesboro, TN, and University Heights, with 228 units and 684 beds in Knoxville, TN.

All 15 of the communities were built between 1999 and 2004 and each has individual leases and contains amenities, including a DVD theater, pool, gym, fitness center and computer center. College Park currently operates and manages on- and off-campus student-housing facilities in 32 major college and university markets.
