The freestanding buildings range from 5,400 sf to 32,000 sf and can be subdivided into fractional condo units as small as 2,500 sf, according to Phil Earley, a principal with Wayne-based Lieberman Earley & Co., which is the exclusive agent for condo sales. Earley is marketing the condos regionally, targeting healthcare and professional services businesses as well as small to medium companies that want to own their own space. Units can be divided for users/investors that want to occupy a portion of the space and lease the rest, he says.
The complex fronts Lincoln Highway adjacent to the Exton/Downingtown exit of the Route 30 Exton Bypass in Chester County. The buildings are brick, fully sprinklered and have tenant-controlled HVAC and separately metered utilities. "There are highly visible sign options," Earley says, and paved, lighted parking for four cars per 1,000 sf of building area.
