Chief operating officer Gunter, who has also served as senior vice president for the company since 1989, now serves as COO/executive vice president of the full-service industrial real estate development firm. He is responsible for assisting Gregory with the overall direction of IDI and for establishing and implementing the company's operating procedures and plans. Gunter will remain in the firm's corporate office in Buckhead.
O'Sullivan most recently oversaw the company's Eastern region as senior vice president. With this promotion, he now serves as senior vice president/chief development officer responsible for IDI's core development in all seven regional offices. He will join Gunter in the firm's corporate office from its development office in Suwanee after Jan. 1.
IDI has regional offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Los Angeles and Memphis. The firm's regional development officers--formerly known as district managers--will report directly to O'Sullivan.
