The project already is receiving $2.6 million from the city through tax increment financing. Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Jane Addams Hull House, University of Illinois, Social Security Administration, Everest Healthcare, Preferred MRI and Quest Diagnostics are among the tenants in place. Omega Airport Shuttle also has space at HSS Partners' project, one of 13 properties in its 1.3-million-sf portfolio.
