Terms of Qovia's lease with property owner Morecop-270 Associates have not been disclosed. However, Manekin LLC, which handles leasing on behalf of Morecop-270, markets space in the park for $12.50 to $13.50 per-sf.
Named for its proximity to I-270, a thoroughfare for info tech companies in the area, 270 Technology Park is a multi-structure compound that is also home to the likes of GE Capital Corp., Mitek Systems Inc., and SAIC. Qovia relocated its corporate headquarters to the park nearly one year ago, making itself at home in the 22,000-sf building at 7470 New Technology Way under a three-year lease agreement. The company's new additional space adjoins its existing offices.
