HOUSTON-A technology solution adviser has consolidated its headquarters and operations group from two locations into 15,197 sf of class B space in the Greenspoint submarket.
Vector ESP Inc. signed a three-year lease as the first backfill for second-floor space in 12600 Northborough Dr., a three-story, 82,000-sf building with an 86% occupancy, Charlynn Brown, in-house broker for the local owner, Yancey-Hausman Commercial Real Estate, tells GlobeSt.com. The structure and its 81,500-sf sister at 350 Glenborough Dr. are rebounding from the October 2003 loss of Noble Affiliates, an energy company that expanded and moved into nearby office space under one roof.
Vector's broker, Drew Morris of Studley's local office, says the Northborough building was selected for its proximity to the Sam Houston Tollway and Interstate 45. The Northborough building's quoted rate is $16 per sf.
Vector relocated the headquarters team from San Felipe Plaza at 5847 San Felipe St. in the CBD and 15111 Mintz Lane in the northeast submarket. The company is a leading integrator of server-based computing solutions, focused on mid-market and large corporations.
