C.J. Banks specializes in women's clothing sizes 14 and up. The company's apparel is known for comfort, a trait also found at its parent store, C.J. Banks. Both stores offer work and leisure clothing incolor-coordinated separates.
The Minnesota-based company operates 11 C.J. Banks stores in Michigan and plans to have 140 throughout the northern half of the United States by the end of August, Tetzloff says. Founded in 1956, the retail chain became a public company in 1992.
