Although terms were not disclosed, space in the 248,791-sf building has been on the market at $2.95 per sf. Jim Estus and Sally Macoicz of Cushman & Wakefield handled negotiations for First Industrial Realty Trust, which has owned the property south of I-55 and a mile east of its junction with I-355 for 10 years.
