Located in the Capitol Hill submarket in the southeast section of the District, 300 M St. is a class A office facility that rises eight stories high. EG&G will occupy 10,700 sf on the eighth floor, and Strategic Insight will make a home in a 4,600-sf space, also on the top floor of the building.
Specific terms of the sublease agreements have not been made available. Advantis has been marketing space on the building's eighth floor for $36 per sf.
