Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed; however, Trammell Crow markets space at the class B office structure, which also features a ground-level retail element, for $25 to $35.75 per sf.
Located Downtown just a few blocks from Dupont Circle, 1800 M is a 10-story tower that was developed in 1975 and renovated in 2002. For the law firm, the lease agreement paves the way for its relocation from its current digs at 1201 Connecticut Ave.
Advantis/GVA's Bruce McNair and colleague Bill Morris spearheaded the deal on the tenant's side. Other occupants at 1800 M include the National Hydrogen Association, and a bevy of other law firms.
