Charter One Bank, acquired by Rhode Island-based Citizens Financial Group, Inc. last month, is taking the entire second floor of the five-story building. Earlier this summer, Meridian Leasing Corp. leased 53,647 sf at Nine Parkway North, part of the six-building Parkway North Center, north of Lake-Cook Road on the west side of the Tri-State Tollway. Although terms were not disclosed, published net lease rates at Parkway North Center range from $14 per sf to $18 per sf.

He represented the joint venture in negotiations with Sean Kropke of CB Richard Ellis, Inc.
