Dingman, who began her career in Illinois, has 12 years of commercial real estate experience including the sale last year of the Pillsbury A-Mill sale to Schafer Richardson. She comes from Griffin Cos. in Minneapolis, where she has been vice president of investments for three years. Before that, she worked for Cardwell Cos.' commercial real estate division.

Leirness will be will be vice president of appraisal at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. The 28-year veteran comes from Integra Realty Resources, where he has been a principal since 1993.
