The new art center will be located at the four-acre former Giant Bakery site on Georgia Ave., where the 160,000-sf industrial bakery facility will be redeveloped to accommodate a bevy of amenities. Ultimately, the structure will feature classrooms, exhibit areas, a lecture hall, computer labs, art studios, storage, and an underground parking garage.
