Booz Allen Signs Lease for 162,500-SF Building

ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, MD-Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. commits to an entire building at The National Business Park, a sprawling mixed-use development that will ultimately offer about three million sf of space. Booz Allen will make is home in a 162,500-sf office structure that is currently under construction.

Specific terms of Booz Allen Hamilton's lease with Corporate Office have not been revealed; however, the market rate for class A office space in western Anne Arundel County is in the mid-$20 range. With this new lease, Booz Allen has claim to more than 250,000 sf in the business park.

"We are encouraged by the strong demand for new space in NBP and … to be in a position to help one of our largest tenants meet its growth needs," says Corporate Office president and COO Randall M. Griffin.
