The "New York Power Panel" will feature Bruce Wasserstein of Lazard & Co., Steve Roth of Vornado Realty Trust, Howard Rubenstein of Rubenstein & Associates, HJ Kalikow & Co.'s Peter Kalikow, Jerry Speyer of Tishman Speyer Properties and Boston Properties' Mort Zuckerman. The panelists will explore current and future global trends likely to affect New York's economy and real estate sector.

The event will also feature a variety of concurrent sessions on topics such as capital markets, the comeback of Downtown, REITs in the city, investment sales, and the conversion of New York's multifamily market.
