Joining Jones Lang LaSalle as senior vice presidents are David Hendrickson, who will be based here; and Nat Rockett, who will work out of the firm's New York City office. Henderson, most recently a director at L.J. Melody & Co., will focus on raising equity and debt for public and private real estate developers and owners in his new role. Rockett, formerly a director at Cushman & Wakefield, is charged with building investment sales and finance business in the New York area for Jones Lang LaSalle.

Hopple has done $2 billion in office deals during his 16-year career, involving 3.5 million sf of space. His client list includes The Chicago Stock Exchange; Freeborn & Peters; Wachovia Bank; Corinthian Colleges; U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission; CareerBuilder.com; ExxonMobil; Marsh USA; Front Barnett Associates; Cole Taylor Bank; Burris Wright Slaughter & Tom; and McGuireWoods.
