Simon will also head up Weichert Commercial's business development, according to Udell. He will be based in the company's headquarters here.
Simon, who has been in the business for 17 years, comes to Weichert from Newmark Real Estate of NJ, where he was a principal. During his career, he has repped such tenants as Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber, Cigna, Xerox, Libby-Ownes Ford, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, John Hancock and MetLife, and such owners as Mack-Cali and the Archon Group.
