A class B property, 7142 Columbia Gateway sits near the intersection of Interstate 95 and Route 175 in Howard County. The building was developed 10 years ago on Gateway Crossing 95's 21 acres within the 240-acre, 3.6-million-sf Columbia Gateway Corporate Park.
Terms of the deal with property owner FSP Gateway Crossing have not been disclosed. However, Manekin LLC markets space in two of the five buildings, both of which are flex/office properties, for $10.75 and $12.75 per sf.
Manekin's E. Hayes Merkert and Laura Westervelt represented the property owner and Coldwell Banker Commercial's Greg Friedman stood in for American Home Mortgage. Other tenants at Gateway Crossing 95 include Coram Healthcare Corp., EVI Technology, the National Shoe Retailers Association and data processing firm Nextira One LLC.
