The contract covers leasing and management of North Grand Mall in Ames, IA; College Square Mall in Cedar Falls, IA; Marshall Town Center in Marshalltown, IA; Muscatine Mall in Muscatine, IA; Westland Mall in West Burlington, IA; Peru Mall in Peru, IL; Glenbrook Commons in Fort Wayne, IN; Canton Centre in Canton, OH; Mall of Abilene in Abilene, TX; Westgate Town Center in Amarillo, TX; and Sunset Mall in San Angelo, TX.
The deal calls for Jones Lang LaSalle to handle leasing only at Merritt Square Mall in Cocoa, FL; University Mall in Carbondale, IL; Mounds Mall in Anderson, IN; Richmond Square Mall in Richmond, IN; and Memorial Mall in Sheboygan, WI.
While managing partners Patrick O'Leary and Gerry Curciarello continue to run their development, investment and advisory firm, other L&H Real Estate Group employees move to the Jones Lang LaSalle payroll.
