The law firm are moving four blocks south to The Rookery building at 209 S. LaSalle St., where it takes 17, 613 sf on the seventh floor for 11 years. That more than doubles the 7,600 sf the firm had since 2001. Since that deal, Tabet DiVito & Rothstein have grown from three attorneys to 12, along with a staff of nine.
Meanwhile, Denver-based Policy Studies Inc. is opening its Chicago office at Civic Tower, 32 W. Randolph St., leasing 24,662 sf. The tenant works with state, local, and federal governments on improving social service programs.

Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International principal Ed Barnett, CCIM, represented Policy Studies Inc. with Megan Walsh of Liberty Greenfield in Denver. David Kalish of The DanSum Group represented Livent Realty Chicago, owner of the 330,000-sf building since 1997.
