Allentown, PA-based Summit Management and Realty Co. is marketing the now-vacant building that previously provided medical services to Bethlehem employees and members of the United Steel Workers. It is located in an established, landscaped business park near the newly expanded Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg Complex.
The building contains offices, exam rooms, x-ray facilities, nurses' stations, space for records storage, handicap restrooms, and a full-service pharmacy. It is a modern, brick-surfaced structure with a canopied entrance, and the land includes a parking area. Cleveland, OH-based ISG acquired the building along with all of bankrupt Bethlehem Steel's assets in 2003.
