Chris Caudill and Joel Michael with NAI Houston represented the freight packing and crating company, now located at 16560 Air Center Blvd., in an industrial lease that exceeds five years. The building owner, Grapevine, TX-based JA Green Development Corp., had its terms brokered in-house by Robert Kane. JA Green owns and manages 560,000 sf of office and warehouse space along Greens Road.
Caudill tells GlobeSt.com that Transaction Packing had very specific location and site requirements. "They needed to be near the airport because of their client base," he says, "and they needed some kind of storage." The 2028 Greens Rd. building, which leases for roughly $4.80 per sf, sits on two-plus acres, which gives Transaction Packing the extra storage space they need. "They have product that they can keep in a fenced yard," Caudill says.
