Vacancy in the far north suburbs along the Tri-State Tollway appears to have leveled off at 16.6%, according to Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois' third-quarter market report. Recent deals have includes Jim Beam Brands Co.'s 80,000-sf renewal at 510 Lake-Cook Rd. in Deerfield, American Imaging Management Inc.'s 60,000-sf deal at 500 Lake-Cook Rd. and Meridian Leasing Corp's 53,000-sf lease at 9 Parkway North in Deerfield.

Although terms were not released, net lease rates in the Lincolnshire Corporate Center start at $15.50 per sf. Epic/Savage Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide principal Phil Rosenberg represented a Highland Park investor who owns the building in negotiations with Brian Zatz of the Ross Group, who represented the security firm.
