State and local government entities alike are well aware of how beneficial the project will ultimately be for the area. In an effort to show its support for the development, the State of Maryland contributed $2.5 million last year for the construction of the property's first building.

Coldwell Banker Commercial CRS's Rick Davidson and colleagues Mike Paukstitus, Lee Alexander, Pat Fehr, Tina Davidson and Josh Thomas will spearhead the real estate firm's involvement at Patuxent Business Park.
