In Hallandale, FL, Column Financial provided a 10-year, $1.4-million loan to the 46-unit, 36-year-old Bamboo MHP with 30-year amortization, 80% loan-to-value and a 1.39x loan factor. CG Investment Capital arranged the financing.
In Delray Beach, FL, owners of the 23,543-sf, 20-year-old Dumar Plaza received a 10-year, $1.7-million loan amortized over 30 years. The financing has a loan-to-value factor of 74% and a 1.53x loan factor. GMAC Commercial Mortgage brokered the transaction.
And in Stuart, FL, Column Financial provided a $1.8-million loan to owners of the 91-unit Ronny's MHP and RV Park. The 10-year loan is being amortized over 25 years. It carries a 73% loan-to-value and a 1.30x loan factor. CG Investment Capital arranged the financing.
Column Financial provides commercial mortgage loans in the $500,000 to $5-million range with scheduled closings usually in the 45-day to 60-day range. Column has closed $40 billion in commercial loans since it started operations in 1993.
