ATIS Real comprises three France-based consultancies--Auguste Thouard, ATHF and Expertim; the UK consultancy ATIS REAL Weatheralls, the German venture ATIS REAL Muller; and ATIS REAL establishments in Spain and the Benelux countries.
According to a statement, chairman of the parent company, ATIS Real Inernational, will be Philippe Zivkovic, chairman of the real estate division of Paribas. The company will be managed by a board chaired by Alain Bechade. The other members of the board will be Greg Cooke and Peter Rosler, directors of ATIS Real Weatherall and ATIS Real Muller respectively, and the company's administrative and financial director.
The statement adds: "This merger will create a major force in the commercial real estate business in Europe, with 2,000 employees and the capacity to offer a comprehensive range of services to clients."
