LaKind was promoted to executive managing director from senior managing director. He has been involved in growing the firm's suburban Chicago business, representing clients such as National-Louis University, Solucient Corp., Perkins Coie LLC., Consorta and Market Day Corp. During his 10 years at Studley, LaKind has done $1.2 billion in deals involving 3.5 million sf.
Condon was promoted to corporate managing director from managing director in the Chicago office. The financial analysis specialist has been involved in two of Studley's largest accounts, Accenture and Career Education Corp., as well as Kirkland & Ellis, Exelon and Maytag. She was named Office Broker of the Year by the Greater Chicago Food Depository in 2003.
