The project includes four buildings, to be built in phases. Corus Bank senior vice president John R. Markowicz says his company is financing the entire project with one loan.

Each building will be eight stories, and the development will have 677 parking spaces. The units include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom condominiums as well as townhouses.

Roszak's other projects include a 29-unit building at 1572 Maple, a 156-unit building at Chicago Avenue near Dempster Avenue and two other buildings at 1415 and 1421 Sherman Avenue. The architect also has been involved in two projects on Chicago's North Side—1519 N. Mohawl Ave. and 433 N. Wells St.
