GETTYSBURG, PA-Four new tenants joined approximately 70 retailers and food merchants to take Gettysburg Village Factory Stores here to 100% occupancy. Philadelphia-based AMC Delancey Group owns the 240,000-sf outlet center, which is fashioned after an American town of the 1860s. It opened in October 2000.

Limited Too inked a lease for 4,000 sf by the center's Gazebo, which is located between Jones NY Country and Kulpsville Antiques. The teen apparel retailer was spun off from Columbus, OH-based the Limited in 1999 and operates 561 stores in 46 states and Puerto Rico.

Calendar Club, a subsidiary of Austin, TX-based Specialty Retail Ventures, leased 3,000 sf just two doors down from the new Limited Too. It is a major national merchant of calendars and seasonal products.

Quiznos, which operates more than 3,500 franchised specialty sandwich stores in 15 countries, and Textile Studio, which offers designer fabrics and trimmings, also recently inked leases here. Textile Studio operates nine retail locations and this unit is located next to the Pfaltzgraff outlet store.

Additional new tenants this year include Welcome Home, Koret, American Eagle Outfitters, Bible Factory Outlet, and Liz Claiborne. The Gettysburg center mixes retail with seasonal entertainment. It is located at Rte. 15 and Baltimore St., and is among the tourist attractions in historic Gettysburg. Terms and rates of the leases are undisclosed.
