In the largest of the three deals, Phoenix Marketing Group, which provides services for the pharmaceutical industry, has taken 32,000 sf at 10 New Maple Ave., a flex property here. The outside broker for the transaction was Robert Shuster of Grubb & Ellis. Terms were not disclosed.
Also, Chartwell Caregivers Inc., a home care organization, has renewed its lease for 10,275 sf at 45 Route 46, another First Industrial-owned flex asset here. The outside broker was Thomas Semler of Cresa Partners New Jersey LLC, Paramus.
And Actives International, which makes raw materials for the nutritional, pharmaceutical and medical industries, has signed a lease for 10,000 sf at 6 Pearl Court, a flex building in Allendale. Broker John Lieser of McBride Corporate Real Estate, Franklin Lakes, assisted in the transaction.
