Companies Take Down 33,000 SF of Industrial Space

LIVONIA, MI-Delta Gear Inc. signs a deal at First Industrial Realty Trust Inc.'s building at 33067 Industrial Rd. while Hatzel & Buchler Inc. finds a suitable location at a property owned by Blumenstein Holdings L.L.C.

The Industrial Road property is owned by First Industrial Realty TrustInc. Delta Gear Inc. selected this site for its amenities and location, say Grubb & Ellis team members Scott Lyons and Tony Avendt, who represented the Chicago-based REIT.

Hatzel & Buchler Inc.'s new space is owned by Blumenstein Holdings L.L.C. Hatzel & Buchler Inc. also selected the site for its amenities and location. Lyons represented Blumenstein Holdings.
