Precise Technology Leases 28,000 SF in Holden Industrial Park

HOLDEN, MA-GVA Thompson negotiates a sublease for Precise Technology in Holden Industrial Park. The lease nearly doubles the firm's commitment to industrial/office space in the Worcester area.

Precise Technology is the first tenant for the 106,000-sf flex building and holds a short-term lease. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Precise Technology will use the space to increase the capacity of their injection molding operation to serve their growing client base.

Mark Stevens, principal of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennesey & Stevens, represented Precise Technology. Thomas Kelleher of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented the sublandlord, SCA Packaging.
