The Red Bank-based Hamilton Properties is marketing the property on either a land-for-sale or build-to-suit basis. The site, which totals 34 acres and is located along Holmdel Road in eastern Monmouth County, is fully approved for immediate construction, according to a spokesperson for the developer. The submarket itself currently has the lowest office vacancy rate in Central New Jersey.
According to specs provided by Hamilton, the two structures will be granite and reflective glass buildings. The individual floors are designed with 30-foot by 45-foot column spacing.
