Hackett has been with TCC for the past three years, most recently as a principal in the firm's Denver office, with responsibility for the Rocky Mountain region. But the majority of his 17-year career has been spent in the northern New Jersey marketplace with earlier stints as managing director of corporate services with Cushman & Wakefield and as a senior managing director with Jones Lang Wooton. He's also a former district manager with the Rreef Management Co.
James Postell, who has been instrumental in TCC's growth in the Garden State as the de facto head of the company's operations in New Jersey, will now be primarily focused on new business development and working with the firm's corporate clients, according to Callanan.
"We have enjoyed phenomenal growth in New Jersey over the past five years," Callanan says. "Bob Hackett's appointment reflects our evolution to have area directors responsible for managing our operations in each region."
