"The new space will allow us to bring in some more game developers, to grow the studio and support our popular gaming franchise," a Blue Fang spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com. The computer game developer, which was founded in 1998, has sold nearly five-million copies of Zoo Tycoon since its 2001 release. The firm rolled out a sequel last week.
Keith Gurtler, senior vice president of the Trammell Crow Co., represented Blue Fang Games, while Jason Fivek of Boston Properties represented the ownership. Reservoir Place is a 529,470 sf, three-story class A office building that features an atrium café, fitness center, concierge, and lobby shops. Located at 1601 Trapelo Rd., it is the largest multi-tenant office building on Route 128. Boston Properties acquired the property in 1998 and renovated it in 2002.
