The HVAC supplier will be setting up shop later this year at 2215 W. Lone Cactus Dr. in the Aztec Commerceplex. Built in 1998, the Commerceplex is located near the intersection of Interstate 17 and Loop 101 in the Deer Valley submarket.
The 203,152-sf industrial complex situated on 12.1 acres, is now 95% occupied, according to Marc Hertzberg, senior associate of Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC who represented Aztec Commerceplex's owner, locally based EJM Development Co. Johnstone Supply was represented by Bruce Calfee, senior vice president of Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC.
"Johnstone's primary goal in leasing new space was to be as close to the I-17 as possible," Hertzberg tells GlobeSt.com. The company has two other locations in the Phoenix Valley--one in Central Phoenix and one in Mesa.
