The synagogue is located at 8215 Old Georgetown Rd. off Route 187. Phase I involved construction of a three-story, 20,000-sf addition to the 50-year-old building; the project resulted in new space for eight classrooms, a lounge, offices, a chapel, a kitchen and social hall, multi-purpose space and an expanded library.
Blake Real Estate is also overseeing the construction of Phase II of the project, which got under way last month and will yield an additional 11,500 sf of space. That endeavor is on target to reach completion in September of next year.
