The 23-story tower with 365,924 sf of office space rises above a plaza of 42,625 sf of ground-floor retail. The building, located at 401 East Las Olas Blvd., also has a five-story parking garage and is fitted with fiber optic cable access and a full range of high-tech features and capabilities. It was completed in 2002 and received several awards covering craftsmanship, construction and design. The owner is Fifth Avenue Partners Ltd., a partnership of locally based Stiles Corp.

Stiles Realty leasing agent Kathy Grandis represented the owner in the Rothstein Rosenfeldt lease. Other office tenants include Bank of America, UBS, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Hansberger Global. Among the retail tenants are JR Dunn Jewelers, Ben & Jerry's, Las Salsa and Offerdahl's Café Grill.
