Spaulding & Slye Colliers principal Debra J. Gould and assistant vice president Jeremy M. Roy represented the owners, Hood Business Park LLC, and their development partner, Nordic Properties. Trammell Crow Co. principal Brian T. Hines represented the tenant. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

The 309,000-sf first-class office is the first completed phase of Hood Office Park. It features an on-site cafeteria, credit union, ATM machine and health club. The building is currently 90% leased and includes Boston Datacenters, UPS, Nextel and the Visiting Nurses Association as tenants.

Hood Office Park is a 1.2 million-sf mixed-use complex comprised of four existing first class office/R & D buildings with four additional buildings planned as part of the completed project. The 20-acre urban campus is located on Route 93, just outside City Square. The completed campus will incorporate a central park with a large open green space, walkways and sitting areas, as well as structured parking for 1,600 cars.
